Americap was founded by Scott Clark and Donald Kirby in 1999 as a boutique capital markets advisory group, providing equity and debt placements to local developers and national home builders. As a debt and equity placement firm, we differentiated ourselves in the market through our meticulous due diligence process and innovative transaction structures. Each transaction we presented to the capital markets was financially engineered for success, and applying this preparation process to over $300,000,000 in structured capital and joint ventures allowed us to cultivate the skills and connections necessary to begin acquisitions for our own project portfolio.

Americap Development Partners was established in 2003 to begin allocating company resources toward strategic land acquisition. Since its inception, we have acquired acreage leading to over 2200 lots in various stages of horizontal and vertical development.
