National Field is both a political consulting company driven by a proprietary software invented on the Obama Campaign in 2008. The concept for our software is very simple and addresses several fundamental campaign needs with patent-pending software. It is an advanced and easy-to-use reporting tool customizable for all ranges of campaigns, non-profits, and organized groups. Our software facilitated the largest state-wide voter registration drive in history (the Obama Campaign in Georgia) and has demonstrated an unrivaled ability to increase volunteer efficiency in voter outreach efforts. The National Field platform collects and aggregates customizable reporting metrics in real-time, making large amounts of previously unavailable data accessible to field directors for informed and instant decision-making. Moreover, National Field software is designed to collect not only quantitative but also qualitative information at all levels of an organization to supplement available channels of information and improve managers understanding of field problems before they become consequential. The platform is organized through a profile-based, hierarchical social network that clearly delineates channels of accountability and delineates responsibility for management and follow-up visually. It places a premium on being extremely user-friendly and has been adopted by campaigns overnight during the thick of campaign turmoil without a hitch (the Obama Campaign in Florida rolled out National Field usage among all field staff within one day, just one week before the general election without more than two phones calls for instruction, and no in-person training from National Field developers).
