The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) is the premier Hispanic non-profit and non-partisan 501(c) (3) leadership development organization in the country.CHCI’s mission is to develop the next generation of Latino leaders by promoting higher education, providing unmatched career development experience, and award-winning leadership development curriculum.
CHCI accomplishes its mission by offering educational and leadership development programs, services, and activities that promote the growth of participants as effective professionals and strong leaders.
