The Lake Forest and Lindenhurst Health and Fitness Centers (HFC) Internship Program is seeking students enrolled in a health‐related major with a working knowledge of exercise physiology and kinesiology and a desire to provide excellent customer service. Students will gain practical experience in program planning and development, fitness assessments, and exercise prescription and consultations.

The Lake Forest and Lindenhurst Health and Fitness Centers’ specialized programs include Fitness, Fitness Management, Clinical and Wellness (which includes preventive and rehabilitative programs at the fitness centers of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital) and Program and Fitness Assessment Coordination.
