Optimum Health Solution is a 501c3 that is dedicated to eliminating obesity, chronic disease, and malnutrition, especially in children, through education and advocacy of healthy living.

This mission is carried out through our three main educational programs. Real Kids Real Food is an after-school program in Somerville for low-income children ages 5 to 14. Life Force Energy, a 10-week Health Educator certification course, is given four times a year. We also hold many speaker events throughout the year.
