The Alzheimers Association, St. Louis Chapter, serves more than 66,000 families in the 38-county service area of St. Louis metro, eastern Missouri and western Illinois. Founded in 1981, the chapter has grown from a single support group to a multi-faceted service and health agency with offices in St. Louis and Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Collinsville, Illinois.
