The real estate industry has been booming and we need qualified marketing interns to join our team. We are an aggressively growing private real estate commercial/ residential brokerage firm based in Edgewater, NJ. Our office features a modern industrial loft style co-working environment designed to stimulate thinking and working together, state of the art technology, Manhattan views, and the strongest training programs. Qualified individuals must have a strong interest in real estate. Interns will work with top real estate producers in a group environment and will gain valuable marketing experience, the closing process of purchasing and selling real estate, learn about commercial deals, bank owned properties, and more.Preferred candidates skills and qualities:
- experience using Microsoft Excel
- online marketing skills
- Great phone edicate
- Attention to detail
- proactive and driven attitude
Daily Tasks include :-Marketing realestate online and through mail
-Working with buyers and sellers of real estate
- Setting Appointments
-Creating Online Advertising
- Create & Update Social Media content (Twitter, Facebook)
-Working with company marketing materials
-Answering phone calls
- Using social media to promote and grow the company
-Learning and working with investment properties
- Researching tax and property information
-and more..Hired interns will be also participating in our weekly hands on company real estate training and coaching program to further expand their real estate knowledge and will be provided a travel stipend. Only 1 internship left.
