The Harman Agency is seeking College Students who are interested in learning about the modeling and entertainment industry from the inside of one of the best Model & Talent Agencies in Pennsylvania.The criteria for an intern at the Harman Agency are:
Personality: Professional, dependable, very responsible, creative, enthusiastic, with strong leadership abilities. Can follow directions well and work with others in a busy office environment.
Major in one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Photography, Communications (GPA: 3.0)
Minor in (preferred): Psychology, Speech Communications, the Arts, languages, (Spanish, French, Italian). The Harman Agency works with many international Agencies, therefore, being able to speak or understand another language is very beneficial.
Computer Skills: Word perfect, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
Communication: Strong phone skills important, as well as strong letter writing ability.
Organizational skills: Must be very organized and be able to handle numerous projects at one time.
Flexible work hours: The office hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 7:00pm. Also weekends for Model Searches and photo shoots would apply.
