National Council For Adoption (NCFA) is 30-year-old adoption advocacy nonprofit that promotes a culture of adoption through education, research, and legislative action. We are passionately committed to the belief that every child deserves a loving, permanent family. NCFA serves children, birthmothers, and adoptive families as an authoritative voice for adoption. NCFA works with government officials and legislators to advance laws, policies, and regulations that serve the best interest of the child.
