Moon River Senior Care and Transportation is committed to helping older adults remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible. Internships allow students to gain one-on-one experience working with older adults in the home setting.
Key duties are providing escorted transportation to medical appointments, errands and social outings. Companions also provide assistance in the home with meal preparation, household organization, calendar management and light housekeeping.
