The nations fastest growing real estate investing, teaching and support company seeks a technical support person to support our clients. We work directly with some of the nations top real estate investors, providing them with systems and resources for maximizing their real estate business potential. Come join this exciting industry by helping us design, track and support our investor website and software products!

Responsibilities
* Provide day to day technical website and software support for our clients
* Help build training documents and online demos for our clients as new enhancements and revisions are applied to our websites.
* Assist with the set up of websites for new clients.
* Work with management to identify new enhancements and processes that will add value for our clients.
* Create new processes and documentation for tracking new website sales, user IDs, passwords, etc.

Minimum Requirements
* Enjoys and feels comfortable helping and communicating with our clients.
* Pursuing technology related degree (i.e. CIS, MIS, Computer Science, etc.)
* Ability to multi-task and work independently while providing a positive friendly attitude for our clients
* Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML is a plus.
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills are a must.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a strict requirement!
* General understanding of web-based technologies and supporting infrastructure.
