Description:

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs for teens participating in our Atlanta Teen Leaders Advisory Council. Programs specific in the following areas: Education and Career Development, Character and Leadership Development, Cultural Affairs, Sports, Fitness and Recreation.

Prepare Youth for Success
-Plan and oversee the administration of designated Teen program and activities that support Atlanta Teen Leaders outcomes.

Program Development and Implementation
-Implement and evaluate teen programs, services and activities at teen site.

Supervision
-Ensure a productive work environment for teen participants.

Partnership Development
-Develop meaningful partnerships with volunteers, parents, community leaders and organizations.

Marketing and Public Relations
-Increase visibility of Club programs via posting of daily schedule, announcements
of upcoming events.

Qualifications:

•Enrolled in a two or four-year degree program or degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or
equivalent experience.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics.
• Demonstrated organizational, staff and project management abilities.
