Since its inception, Life’s Solutions Hospice Care has grown to serve the Greater Houston Metropolitan area and surrounding Montgomery, Waller, and Fort Bend counties. Life’s Solutions’ dedicated teams serve patients in all environments, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, hospitals, or family homes. We are members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and a certified provider for Medicare and Medicaid. We are also proud to support the community through our memberships in the Tomball Area and Greater Southwest Houston Chambers of Commerce.
