Description:

An established production company, Orasi Productions is seeking a highly motivated and dependable intern to assist various departments of the Orasi Music Department. This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge about the business side of Music Production. We offer internships in various departments including: Marketing, Publicity, Advertising, Radio Promotions,New Media, Sales,Music Production, Creative, and Soundtracks.

Duties will include:

1. Provide critique/feedback on Music releases and submissions
2. Participate in weekly conference calls to discuss strategy and artist relations
3. Identify and refer qualified clients for promotional packages and services
4. Develop and/or acquire permission to new releases for distribution
5. Develop promotional strategies to drive traffic to Orasis website
6. Generate regional support for Orasi Music artists and releases

Qualifications:

- Be Macintosh/Windows literate- MS Word and Excel a must.
- Have excellent phone skills
- Be able to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks.
- Be self-Motivated and time-Efficient
- Have superb organizational and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER and a quick learner.
- Have a professional demeanor and able to handle confidential / sensitive information.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Have an outstanding attitude and an eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge and appreciation for music
- A high level of personal integrity
