• Recruitment of new interns
• Developing and creating job descriptions
• Posting descriptions to new websites to attract more candidates
• Finding new and creative ways to market our internships
• Extending our network to include more schools and build new relationships
• Assisting in selection of internship candidates
• Conducting interviews and extending offers to qualified candidates
• Responsible for completing all paperwork, orientation, and training with each new intern
• Providing weekly check-ins and follow up meetings to ensure the process is going well
• Become well acquainted with the entire recruitment and interview process

Qualifications:

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to the organization and pays great attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are also a must. Proficiency with all technology tools including email, MS Office, Internet, and also possesses a willingness to learn new user-friendly software. Candidate must be able to work independently while still being a team player. Must have effective time management skills, able to attend weekly phone meetings, and be comfortable with interviewing potential interns. Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new marketing ideas is a bonus! Also, must be punctual, reliable, and have the ability to adapt well to an ever-changing environment with new possibilities.

This is a virtual internship! Interns will work from home or any location that has an Internet connection. This allows for great flexibility with any schedule and any location across the country. Candidates living near Wallingford, CT may also have the opportunity to be provided with office space and onsite opportunities.
