This is an editorial/features internship for a national magazine group of lifestyle magazines, beginning this summer. We are currently looking for well-rounded, smart, savvy, well-organized, and culturally-fluent undergraduates and grad students with an interest in art, fashion, film, music, and culture at large. All candidates must be able to receive school credit for this position. This position could possibly turn into a paid position and opportunity to join the assistant editorial team of a fast-paced media group.
Should have Journalism/blogging experience or other valid demonstration of creativity and writing skills. Needs to be an energetic, self-motivator, energetic with a strong interest in writing about global topical issues, lifestyle, art, culture, style, and travel.
Our editorial interns will be expected to conduct research and fact-checking, coordinate celebrity and feature photo shoots, create and pitch ideas, transcribe interviews, and otherwise assist the editors and creative team. This is also an excellent opportunity to write for new lifestyle publications websites and contribute to exclusive celebrity and lifestyle blogs.
