Kalliste Organics Inc is a manufacturer, retailer and wholesale supplier of Natural Soap located in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
Most accounting is done in-house on Quickbooks accounting software. Areas covered include statement / bank reconciliation, wholesale customer invoicing and dispatching, expense recording, projections and account balancing. Research topics include locating negligible or workaround solutions for running expenses and determining best practices and solutions for profit maximization.
Candidates should have taken courses in accounting and should have experience using Quickbooks. Interns will work side-by-side with company CEO to discuss accounting procedures and longer-term projects.
This internship is provided to students for course credit as well as experience. Full time or part time position will be reviewed at end of course.
