This position is at our Dobbs Ferry office and Soap Shop where the intern(s) will learn about our companys wholesale division with a focus on marketing and distribution. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant and hours are flexible.We are looking for a bright and personable individual with strong work ethic. Candidates best suited (but not limited) to this position would be in the Business program with interests in Entrepreneurship, Sales, Marketing and possibly with a personal interest in eco, organic and animal friendly (vegan or vegetarian) lifestyle / products. Candidate should also be familiar with social media applications like Twitter, Tumblr and Blogger.
Responsibilities include speaking to our retail partners (Whole Foods, Elm Health, etc.), helping with order filling/billing and helping generate marketing materials.
You will work side-by-side with the owner who will provide on the job training.
This internship is unpaid and provides experience and course credit. At the end of internship interns are reviewed for permanent positions at Kalliste.
Lets try and get some graphic design interns in addition to marketing.
