Digital Distribution Internship

Description:
The Digital Department is a fast-paced department. We are seeking someone with a passion to learn about the digital film and TV distribution landscape. To be a part of the digital team requires a person who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to work on time sensitive projects. The intern will have a chance to work with different departments, including operations, sales, client management and production. Up to 25 hours per week, flexible and consistent schedule. Immediate hire. Film/video/media production students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job responsibilities include the following:- Tracking film and TV content across platforms including iTunes, Amazon, Sony and Google
- Reviewing and collecting avails and metadata
- Content and sales research
- Assisting with maintaining the digital screener library
- Providing general departmental and office support
- Assisting with special projects from operations, sales, and production as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn about digital media sales and distribution
- Excellent writing skills
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel (Access a plus)
- Deadline oriented with strong follow up and multi-tasking skills
- Team player
- Previous administrative/office experience a plus
