Finance/Accounting intern. The applicant filling this position will find an opportunity to participate on a team who actually participate in the deal making process. The accounting member of the team will learn about and witness all aspects of the deal making process taking place in the office but will have responsibilities specifically related to accounting and financial tracking functions.
Qualifications:
Academic course work and/or practical experience in some branch of accounting or a related field that would prepare the applicant to fulfill the intentions of the job description above. In addition to a relevant academic background, we are looking for evidence of character traits including self-discipline, persistence, and an eagerness to accept responsibility. The applicant needs the ability to:
1. Live in integrity by doing what you say and producing effective results
2. Align with our entrepreneurial mission
3. Be sociable and have the capacity to cultivate relationships with diverse people in a wide array of businesses
INTENTION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM:
1. Become part of a team who participate as real estate investors or business brokers
2. Explore an alternative career as an entrepreneur with its potential for personal freedom and financial independence in this start-up venture
3. Observe how economic theory, practical necessity, and human psychology combine in the sales process
