Company/Organization: The Stones That the Builders Rejected, Inc

Description:

We are The Stones That the Builders Rejected. A 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to house, offer job training, and employment to homeless veterans, women and children, and homeless people in general. We have ALL the necessary pieces in place and the programs to take people from homelessness, PTSD, drug addiction, and dire straits and place them back on track.

We have 4 computers and 4 phones in our resource center. We want to hire and train people and have them employed. We have the resources and the people to take on multiple projects in a call center environment as well as internet jobs such as social networking, internet marketing, handling incoming calls as well as placing outbound calls.
The person that I was going to have supervising the call center has had some unexpected family problems come up and wont be able to manage it. However, I am going to need someone thats willing to do that but we need to set up the accounts first and begin to hire and train people. Is that something you would be interested in? It would entail setting up the call center on a volunteer basis until we get the people working. Once we get everything set up (about a week or so) then we can start getting you paid. I am looking for someone that embraces our mission and wants to help people and not just make money.

Please go to our website www.rejectedstones.org and see what our resource center is all about. Here is an opportunity to make a HUGE difference in the lives of those that have served us. Please give a hand up, not a hand out.

Qualifications:

Also needs to have customer service experience or call center experience and has supervised before.
This is a ground floor opportunity that will get you in the door to show what you can do and if it works out you will have a career.

The Stones That the Builders Rejected, Inc

The Rejected Stones Resource Center is a facility designed for U.S. Veterans, single mothers with children, probationers, and parolees. The facility aspires to offer services for housing, transportation, employment resources, job training, resume preparation, Internet access for employment seeking, clothing vouchers for interviews, and other services that will facilitate the process of getting individuals back into the mainstream of society and off the fringes.
We also offer 12-step meetings, community service hours for individuals on probation and parole, classes that address some of the thinking processes and errors in thinking that have contributed to these individuals being on the fringes of society. Our approach is holistic in its scope, thereby addressing the bio, psycho, and social issues that plague individuals that have been incarcerated.
We are profoundly aware of the fact that when people get out of the mainstream of society and get into survival mode, that they acquire errors in thinking, a victim mentality, and character defects such as rationalizing destructive behavior and chemical usage satisfying distorted perceptions, denial, and a host of after psychological issues. Our goal is to dismantle these erroneous thought processes in order to restore the individual to being a productive member of society.
