Bookkeeping/Data Entry Intern

Description:
Looking for a bookkeeping intern to do the hands on data input work for a small non profit dance company. Will do filing of invoices and payments.
Responsibilities:
-File financial transactions.
-Data input of bank statements, credit card statements, and merchant services statements.
-Will help to reconcile bank statements.
-Will input information into the California Cultural Data Project database.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Quickbooks preferred
-Should be current/grad student pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting
-At least 6 months experience in filing, data entry, and/or clerical work
-Must be a self-starter and independent worker
