Looking for a dedicated intern who is willing to learn no matter what task is brought to the table. New fresh ideas are always appreciated and exciting, we as a company want to learn and grow together and thatís the goal overall.
The internship is in the Operations Department, and as an intern you will have the opportunity to assist the Account Managers and Sales reps in preparing advertising campaigns, reports, analysis, administrative and data entry projects as needed. This internship will allow you to understand the basics in the digital media industry, how to set up and oversee the campaigns, and the criteria different advertising clients/agencies follow.

Position Type: Part-Time Unpaid Internship (transportation and lunch will be provided/college credit can also be negotiated if necessary)

∑ Assist with development of media strategy and recommendations
∑ Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis using Excel, Powerpoint and ad server specific software
∑ Manage daily duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all documents
∑ Identify opportunities to assist in developing processes to streamline execution of digital media product
∑ Contribute to New Business pitches or efforts when appropriate
∑ Participate in company initiatives throughout the year

Qualifications:

∑ Excellent verbal and written/presentation communications skills
∑ Recent College graduate or senior in college
∑ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
∑ Strong organizational and planning skills
∑ Self-motivated, success driven individual with a proven track record
∑ Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting priorities as well as successfully manage day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment
∑ Works well in team environment
∑ Is able to think creatively and remain flexible; keeps a cool head under pressure
∑ Driven to master new skills

Candidates are expected to complete a minimum of fifteen to twenty hours per week but specific dates will be determined by school schedules.
