Marketing/Public Relations Internship

Description:
BSY Associates, Inc., an award-winning boutique business-to-business marketing communications agency in Holmdel, NJ, seeks a Fall Intern to assist with daily administrative tasks and in Public Relations, Marketing and Special Events. In this role, you will:- Daily media monitoring of clients and press clipping reports
- Publication tracking
- Pitching news stories
- Writing, editing and distributing press releases
- Update and develop event invitation lists
- Assist with event timelines, coordinate deliverables and track attendee registrations for upcoming events
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal team members, freelancers and vendors
- Administrative tasks: ordering supplies, sorting mail, and checking voicemailThis internship will be unpaid but will provide a stipend at the end based on value to the company. Hours are flexible and part-time.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in college or graduated.
