Rubertones CAD and Casting is looking for a CAD jewelry design intern to assist our design team this summer. We are a full service jewelry shop on historic Jewelers row in Center City, Philadelphia specializing in custom CAD jewelry models and casting. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in jewelry design as you will have the opportunity to build up experience creating professional jewelry models while seeing how a jewelry shop operates on a daily basis.

Ideally, we would like someone who has availability M-F 9-5:30, but we are willing to consider other schedules for the right candidate. This is an UNPAID internship.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, preferably with a jewelry background, who has strong Rhino and/or Matrix skills. Knowledge of Magics software a plus.

Responsibilities will include making custom CAD models in Rhino or Matrix, preparing files for 3D printing, rendering, among other tasks.
