Description:

• Answer phones
• Answer customer questions
• Take detailed messages
• Schedule client appointments on web-based software
• Verify client’s insurance information
• Keep tabs on general email account
• Update Facebook events
• Data entry (update events, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Complete mailings as needed
• Greet clients/customers
• Process credit card payments and copays
• Collect payments (issue receipts for cash as requested)
• Keep studio clean (all housekeeping duties)
• Oversee gallery
• Oversee open art studio (including safety, orientation, and assistance w/ select art supplies as needed)
• Receive and unpack shipments
• Assist with workshops (prep, clean-up, serve customers, etc.)
• Other misc. projects as needed

MUST HAVE QUALITIES:
• 18+ years old; must be a quick learner
• Professional and Confidential (must sign a confidentiality agreement as it relates to the mental health side of the business- to be HIPAA Compliant)
• Responsible
• Punctual
• Energetic
• computer savvy
• excellent attention to detail
• positive outlook
• self-sufficient
• can work alone or as a team
• can be left alone in the building during gallery hours (12-8pm M-F)
• art skills a plus!

This is currently an UNPAID internship position, with the possibility of being paid in the future. The intern will be compensated with limited access to art supplies and art workshops, free education, and priceless experience.
