Description:

The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars is looking for qualified students (advanced undergraduate or graduate) interested in being staff assistant interns for the Special Events/Protocol coordinator in the Spring 2018 semester, and the beginning of the summer. The schedule is 20-40 hours per week, focusing specifically on preparing for our upcoming high level events with world leaders and VIP dignitaries. Interns will learn the specifics of background planning and implementation of events and will be asked to do occasional research as needed. This is a valuable experience for anyone interested in public policy, international relations, and event management.

This position must be filled immediately, so please apply as soon as possible. This internship will last from January-June 2018, with the possibility of an extension. This is an unpaid position.
