We are looking for students to join our Sales Internship Program. Our internships are designed to give students exposure to a dynamic business environment and build a foundation of business knowledge and leadership skills. Our 12-week internship will provide you the opportunity to learn about different selling channels, to own and drive impactful projects, and to gain exposure to cross functional areas of our business, such as marketing, product and social selling. This program will help you discover your leadership potential, develop your professional skills, and give you the opportunity to make an impact every day.

What Youll Do

During this 12-week internship, you will develop your professional skills and establish relationships with sales leadership. Upon completion of the internship, those who demonstrate exceptional performance and a passion may be offered an additional internship or a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Proudly represent Motiff Shop on campus (on-person or online)
Increase the number of customers on campus by distributing referral codes and discounts to your classmates
Spread the word about Motiff Shop to friends and classmates in person and with social media
Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
The Virtual Sales Intern is held accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business unit.

Qualifications:

Requirements & Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
Graduation date of December 2021 or after
Prior internship experience preferred
Leadership experience from work, classroom, clubs, and/or organizations
Proven strengths as a self-starter, problem solver and leader
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint & SharePoint
