FASHION, MARKETING, PR ADVERTISING SUMMER INTERN

This internship will give a college student interested in fashion, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing and public relations the opportunity to learn and work with a fashion designer that has her own accessories line. The business designs and sells classic, stylish and functional clutches and handbags as well as functional, electronic carrying cases. The line is sold through various high-end boutiques throughout the country as well as through the companies website and flagship boutique and through other various wholesale and retail channels. The internship will include but not be limited to the following:

• Social Media – manage all social media from Instagram, facebook, tiktok, etc
• Public Relations and Marketing - creating and managing all ad campaigns across several platforms including meta, google, pinterest and more. Creating, executing and managing a marketing and public relations plan including through both social media and traditional public relations and sales and marketing channels
• Design and Web Development – work on enhancing and updating the website and building marketing and sales collateral materials

The breadth and depth of this internship can be somewhat flexible to your objectives and will allow you to learn from someone with a breadth and depth of business experience with a bachelors and masters degree in business. This is a very small business so you have the opportunity to learn from a seasoned entrepreneur.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be interested in communications, public relations, sales and marketing and have photoshop experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create ads and social with visual graphics and video. Term of internship - 10 – 12 weeks which can be flexible and can be flexible with the number of hours from part-time to full time.
