Web Department Intern
Description:
Great Lakes Publishing Company, publishers of Cleveland, Ohio, and Inside Business Magazines is in search of a web design/developer intern.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Monthly and weekly updates of our stable of Web sites
– Maintaining the integrity of the data on the sites
– Maintaining party photos and event picture uploads
– Developing Web-ready banner ads to specification
– Maintaining updates for weekly e-mail newsletters
– Supporting the Web departments efforts in application creation
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will demonstrate working knowledge of HTML; the ability to manipulate and create Web-ready images in Photoshop; excellent learning skills; self motivation; customer service skills; understanding of problem-solving and task-prioritization skills. Knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems is a must. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite -- including Access and Excel -- is preferred.

$10/hr.
