Intelligenxe, Inc. (formerly at the World Trade Center) was an innovative Wall Street firm. In 2004, after years of research and development on OFIP (its proprietary business model), the company was positioned to revolutionize Wall Street and start its large-scale development stage. This work, however, had to be postponed upon the company’s dissolution but has recently been reactivated for the eventual (large-scale) relaunch of the company. Intelligenxe is currently a venture composed of a group of innovative Wall Street people presided by David R. Rivas, Ph.D. – the OFIP inventor (visit www.intelligenxe.com).

INTERNSHIPS: Our internships are highly innovative. Interns evaluate the OFIP proprietary business model and in turn gain a deep understanding of the key drivers of asset management and investment banking firms. Once interns confirm OFIP’s revolutionary advantages, they proceed to contact one prominent person/institution of their choice, relevant to OFIP (e.g. a professor, fund manager, investment banker or corporate executive), for third party opinion purposes. Interns subsequently assist the prominent person in due diligence to recognize OFIP’s potential for Wall Street. Simultaneously, interns work on implementing OFIP to hedge funds, creating Wall Street coverage for Intelligenxe and in corporate development.

Interns perform most of their work at home, online and have easy access to their supervisor by phone, email, intranet, chat, etc.

REQUIREMENTS: To be a high initiative undergraduate/graduate student at a top university (or professional) with a strong interest in investment banking and asset management.

HOURS: Our online, take-home internships allow flexible schedules (approximately 4-6+ hours weekly) and vary in duration. They allow interns to work on other jobs/internships simultaneously.

COMPENSATION: Most of our internships are non-paid, except for success fees. Their value is that: (1) interns obtain high quality practical experience in investment banking guided by an experienced supervisor (this enhances resumes – Intelligenxe, Inc. had numerous success stories), (2) interns have the opportunity to network with prominent Wall Streeters, which may be crucial for getting good jobs in this competitive industry, and (3) some of the best performing interns may earn success fees and work on paid projects.
