Description:

- Maintain mailing lists
- Update documents
- Create pamphlets, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other publications.
- Help update and daily upkeep of records and databases
- Provide general administrative support such as faxing, copying, filing, handling incoming phones, shipping packages, and assist with other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Must have strong knowledge of computers
- Fluent with Microsoft suite programs (Word, Excel, IE & Outlook)
- Able to type and enter data accurately.
- Experience in Filemaker Pro, Winfax is useful and a plus.
- Good research skills
- Must be motivated, punctual, and well organized.
- MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Sales/Marketing experiences is a plus but not necessary.
- High School diploma or the equivalent, and a minimum of 2 year experience in similar or related type of work.
