Description:

F&C is seeking a motivated, self-starter with strong writing and communication skills who is interested in learning more about the Financial Services field while assisting in marketing and client service to institutional investors (pension plans, endowments, foundations). The primary responsibility of the intern will be focused marketing and client service support. Potential additional projects may include:

• Design, develop and deliver email and marketing campaigns
• Assist in the relationship management process by maintaining
correspondence with existing clients
• Aid in the creation of presentations, brochures and marketing materials
• Assist in completing and auditing database questionnaires
• Engage in placing outbound telephone calls in an effort to identify qualified
institutional prospects
• Assist with improving office organizational projects & tasks and various
administrative duties

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
• Undergraduates and graduate students will be considered
• Experience and/or interest in the financial services industry
• Interest in Socially Responsible or Environmental, Social and Governance
(ESG) Investing is a plus
• Independent, self-starter with the ability to take a project from start to finish
• Results oriented with a sense of customer focus and timely follow-up
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, outgoing personality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a 5-person entrepreneurial office environment in
Boston’s financial district
