Description:

You will be responsible for supporting the marketing team including the Director of Marketing, the Senior Creative Designer and the Marketing and Communications Specialist. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with direct marketing from inception to mailing
• Assisting with special event planning – conferences, company events, etc.
• Working closely with sales team to ensure proper messaging is communicated to clients/prospects
• Conducting research for the entire marketing team
• Research award/competition opportunities for the company
• Communicating with sales and marketing team in Europe
• Brainstorming promotional items for giveaways, special events, etc.
• Tracking inventory of all marketing collateral and sales materials
o Ordering necessary inventory when needed
• Work on increasing accuracy of sales database

Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to complete tasks within identified timeframes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac experience a plus
• Positive attitude, flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Recent graduate with a marketing or related degree.

Must be a recent graduate with a marketing or related degree in the Atlanta area.
