Description:

Due to continued growth, Waterbury Financial Strategies Inc, a leading, highly respected Engineering and Financial services firm is seeking a Restructuring Associate. If hired for this Restructuring Associate role, you will be interfacing directly with the firms partnership, and client executives.

You will work with primarily middle-market firms and assist them with: forecasting and control of cash flow, provide operational and financial consulting to management, assist with developing cost reduction programs, business valuation modeling, work with external lenders, and other projects as required.

You will be required to make a minimum of 100 outbound calls a day to contact the key executives at the corporate level. Compensation Potential for first year is expected between $55k to $85k.

Qualifications:

This position requires candidates to have a bachelors degree or higher in accounting or finance with a preference for candidates who have their MBA or CPA designation.
