Introduction:

The hotel is ideally located on Nan Bin Road on the banks of the majestic and fabled Yangtze River. Nan Bin Road is the heart the new entertainment and commercial district of Nanan. Our hotel will form part of a complex that also houses Fortune 500 corporate office spaces and retail shopping.

Working time : 8 hours/day

Internship description:

Directly manages the Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Managers and the Banquet Set-Up Manager in the Food & Beverage Department of Talking Stick Resort. Directs and coordinates activities of food and beverage personnel and service in the front of the house restaurants and beverage outlets as they relate to multi-sites of the casino operation. Manages staff, products, services and financial results of pricing structures and budget goals. Ensures excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

-Major in hospitality; or relevant background.
-Relevant experience in international hotels preferred.
-Outstanding communication and organization skill.
-Good written and oral English.
