Description:

• This is the perfect opportunity for the candidate that is interested in making music industry networking contacts.

• Manage and develop a presence across social networks including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest
• Assist in the development of the company’s Social Video Profile on YouTube including assisting in conceptualizing, scheduling, directing, and editing video series
• Coordinate content for the blog, including writing original content and interacting with outside contributors
• Assist in development of content and delivery of all messages to the community (IE. eblasts)
• Identify opportunities for link sharing and content partnerships with other organizations online
• Assist in website redesign including structure and cataloging of content, schedule and budget
• Develop database of industry resources, sites and organizations including talent communities, blogs, and more
• Develop database of client prospects including online presence, current opportunities, etc

Qualifications:

Candidate must have knowledge and love for hip hop industry

Experience and enthusiasm working with social media

Must be comfortable writing and sending communications via Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Strong writing skills with a focus on professional yet creative commentary

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks across projects

Ability to work independently
