Looking to be a part of the fast-paced, hard working, and fun marketing/entertainment industry company?

A boutique marketing/creative services agency in the Baltimore, MD area is looking for a talented, hardworking, and creative marketing/social media intern to start immediately. Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university with a background in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.

THIS IS NOT A PAID POSITION, BUT MAY BE USED FOR COLLEGE CREDIT

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- writing and posting social media content across multiple sites
- social media maintenance of multiple sites
- conducting research and reporting
- helping to create innovative, strategic marketing and PR campaigns
- researching and compiling media contacts
- blog writing
- administrative duties

Required skills and experience include, but are not limited to:

-a passion for digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing strategies
-solid writing skills
-social media savvy (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
-strong research skills
-talented, independent self-starter
-good organizational and time management skills
-proficiency in MS Office
-student mentality
-must have reliable transportation and high speed Internet, as some work may be done off-site

Preferred, but not required skills include:

-knowledge of third party platforms such as Hootsuite
-knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
-knowledge of basic HTML
-CSM experience in Wordpress, Drupal etc.
