New E Commerce Retail site is looking for students who want to gain experience in many different areas. you will be participating and helping with all of the most essential parts of our business. Please see some responsibilities below: • Research to assist in the development and implementation strategic online marketing plan • Assist in the develop, implement, and manage targeted marketing programs including email, banners, affiliates, and other aspects of online marketing • Assist in creating reports, analyzing and marketing programs • Data entry • Research to help Marketing team remain abreast of relevant market trends, competition, and changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the product and adjust plan accordingly • Help obtain quotes to development of packaging, branding, environment, merchandising, and joint marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in online marketing in a dynamic business start-up environment
• Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Outstanding quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong creative sense, organizational planning, and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross functional teams
• Ability to meet and exceed quantitative goals and consistently meet deadlines
• Microsoft Excel skills required
• Willing and ready to learn, flexible with tasks
