Do you want exposure to the inner workings of a promotional, sourcing, and marketing industry? Get that with BAMKO - a fun, young, energetic company seeking interns for the upcoming Fall 2011 school year.

This unpaid internship position will require 10-15 hours a week and can be done for class credit. The duties performed will be quite cross-functional as you assist with both project and account management, as well as sales and coordinating.

Do you have what it takes? Who we want is an energetic, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual who can learn quickly and keep up in our fast-paced, exciting work environment. This person must be an excellent communicator (both written and oral), always a team player, and possess the polish to work directly with clients and our team-members overseas if need be.

Qualifications:

Requirements
1. Education – Enrolled in a 4 year university
2. Math skills – A solid (if not strong) base of math/business skills such as understanding margin, profit, percentages, and basic arithmetic.
3. Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
4. Relevant experience – Previous internship, professional, or extracurricular experience in a marketing, product development, account management, or sales setting is a plus, but not a requirement.
5. Communication Skills – Excellent communication with both vendors and clients is imperative. The ability to clearly and confidently communicate is required.
6. Additional skills – Prioritization, organization, and the ability to multi-task are required. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator especially) is a plus!
