Social Media Intern
Description:
•Participate in online community organizing and education campaigns
•Manage the Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific Action Network
• Update social networks and website
•Will work with Online Advocacy Manager, Grassroots Manager, Public Affairs Directors, Vice President of Public Affairs, and Community Service and Education staff as needed
• Administrative work is involved in all internships
Qualifications:
•Commitment to goals and mission of Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific
•Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as a team member
•Interest in the legislative and electoral side of the reproductive health issues
•Experience in social media, graphic design, and website maintenance
