Description:

If you have in-depth knowledge of housing markets, finance and/or policy, or if you are familiar with green building and smart growth, this internship opportunity is for you. The right candidate will help with content for a magazine, web site and book.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Careful researcher, who is good with phone research, finding and interviewing sources and obtaining hard to get documents -- and not focused only on web searches
- Organized and adept at organizing information
- Good writer who can write about financial and policy issues clearly.
-Proficient with MS Word for the Mac and Filemaker Pro.

Helpful but not required
-Good and proofreader/copy editor
- Experience with web site content management, Dreamweaver or Drupal
-Design and layout skills - knowledge of InDesign

$10 depending on experience

Minimum of 10 hours per week, max of 25 hours per
