Description:

assisting our aerial instructors with classes / camps / and birthday parties for children 3 years-12 years old. Our class programs incorporate beginning gymnastic skills, fun conditioning on the floor and in the air, movement games, performance training, and an academic aerial arts program like no other. Our program is fun, extremely unique with exciting activities in a positive, non-competitive and fun environment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, team spirited, coachable and dedicated individuals with good communication skills and a genuine love of children. This is a very physical and active position requiring hard work and hustle. This is an action-packed, on your feet all day kind of job. The right applicant would also need to be comfortable as the center of attention and not afraid to be dynamic, engaging, adventurous, creative, and playful even silly around kids/parents. A teaching degree is not required; in fact, personality is far more important to us! A background working with youngsters and/or experience in theatre, movement, sports, music, child psychology, or early childhood development is definitely a plus! Fly Studios allows our assistants to continue to learn and grow with our family. We have extensive Teacher training certifications for those who want to take this position to the next level and be a future instructor with Fly Studios.

We are open 7 days/week, so some weekend and early evening availability is a must. We are looking for local people only; this is a position with heavy training involved and therefore not a seasonal position.
