Sales Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone calls from prospects and existing customers
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to closing including online presentations and software demonstrations
• Qualifying inbound leads for purposes of passing to Sales Executive team
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of all leads, opportunities, contacts, and account history in Saleforce, and provide appropriate communication of such to management
• Cold call companies and present Boomerang managed services offerings and value proposition
• Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution. Assist in maintaining and updating client mailing database.

Qualifications:

Requirements
• Desire to succeed in sales or sales support role in a business to business environment, preferably in software or IT sales
• Knowledge of web based applications
• Email marketing/online marketing experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Negotiation and Sales Skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable with a rapidly changing environment Knowledge of webinar software such as GoToMeeting or WebEx
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented, collaborative work place
