You will have an opportunity to work with our marketing team on a comprehensive marketing campaign aimed at increasing our online presence.

Requirements:

Applicant must love being online and understand the rapidly changing social media environment by using the newest and freshest social media sites.

Applicant must also be familiar with marketing techniques on major social media and social search sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Applicant must also be able to translate that knowledge into creative ideas for delivering a consistent, yet effective marketing message.

Applicant must be able to write ad copy in a way that fits with Ruches existing advertising and marketing campaigns.

A basic understanding of current SEO techniques is helpful, but not required. We can teach you that.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.

In addition, applicant must be able to work in our Fullerton, CA office.

This is an unpaid 3-month internship that may lead to a position here at Ruche.

Responsibilities:

Work with marketing team on vlogging ideas for new and fresh content to increase our relevant pageviews, targeted site traffic, and conversions.

Work with marketing team to advertise contests and promotions within confines of current ad budget.

Pull reporting for the marketing team for the analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns across social media and search engine sites.

Work with marketing team to find innovative ways to present the Ruche message to our target audience in order to increase our advertising ROI.
