Reazon Systems, Inc. is a software technology company located at the RSCCD Digital Media Center (DMC), specializing in software architecture and development of small to large scale software systems. Currently, we are focusing on RCampus.com, an award-winning suite of tools for a unique blend of online learning, secure social and academic networking, site building, ePortfolios management and more for students, teachers and schools.

Reazon is currently looking for an energetic office assistant, customer service, or administrative assistant who can take part in a number of tasks in our growing software development company.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the business daily operations
• Assist in preparation and delivery of company correspondences in various medium (phone, email, web, etc.)
• Assist in various customer service, including maintain client relationships and contact potential clients
• Schedule and assist meetings, conference calls, demos and trainings
• Assist in quality assurance of our technology

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
• Any level of Higher Education (Associate, Bachelor’s or Masters)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Strong oral and written communication
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Comfortable with the use of PCs
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with the Internet
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments
• Customer service and support experience a plus
