Description:

Provides programmatic and administrative support to the Herbalife Family Foundation Executive Director and Specialist. Duties will include drafting correspondence, faxing, copying, filing, database management and HFF website maintenance, special projects and light analytical support, e.g. spreadsheets. Will also provide support to other department employees as needed.

Qualifications:

•College Student with an interest in the nonprofit industry
•Strong organizational and communications skills a must
•Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, knowledge of fundraising software and database systems (e.g. Raiser’s Edge) a plus
•Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
•Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
•Strong customer and results orientation
•Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
