Bank Transactions, Inc. is a specialized merchant services company providing marketing strategies and financial products, with our payment processing services.Bank Transactions is a specialized Merchant Services Company located in the Sorrento Valley area which is expanding its operations in the Southern California area seeking the assistance of a team of graduate and/or undergraduates students to intern and assist the owner while experiencing an intense training in the accounting field. Students will learn invaluable skill sets for their financial and business careers.
Responsibilities:
Students will be reconciling bank statements, working with QuickBooks, A/P and A/R functions including review and entry of invoices and payments. Student will be exposed to various areas of accounting and best of all have fun while working and learning.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent PC computer skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word are a must.
- Great attitude
- Ready to learn
