Description:

Top tier commercial production company seeking interns for an office based in Santa Monica. Applicants should be studying / seeking experience within the film, advertising and / or communications field on a college level. On set production experience is a plus, but not required.

Note that responsibilities of interns are always evolving. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Internet research for upcoming projects; proofreading and editing of pitch materials; Excel based database management and upkeep; general office maintenance; managing shipping; assisting Digital Assets Manager with directors reels; organizing office lunch orders; occasional answering of phones; going on runs; assisting Executive Producers, Staff Producer, and other staff members with miscellaneous tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to network within the field of production, meet working directors, and to gain a full fleshed understanding of the commercial advertising industry. Self-motivated applicants need only apply - for the right person, this can be a great jumping off point for other opportunities (set PA work, etc.) Applicants should be ready to take direction well, work in a fast-paced and fun environment, be quick on their feet with changing tasks, and a positive attitude is a must.

Qualifications:

Requirements: We are seeking currently enrolled college students ONLY. Compensation will be school credit. Applicants should be prepared to provide contact information for the appropriate advisor contact to confirm his / her enrollment status. It is preferred if applicants have a valid drivers license, vehicle, and current auto insurance.

We are looking for interns who are able to work 2 - 3 days a week (or more), 9am - 6pm, though scheduling can be flexible for the right person.
