The Brand Management Associate at Le Chapeau (MIA) will be in charge of managing the companys online presence and much of our other marketing activities. Because of our companys small size and start-up nature, the Brand Management Associate will work closely with the companys founders, including the acclaimed designer behind it all, ALAKAZIA. In addition to standard marketing responsibilities, our fast-moving start-up company environment requires the Brand Management Associate to be flexible and eager to tackle new tasks quickly. He/She must highly motivated and able to self-manage. The ability to execute tasks effectively and independently is a must, however so are strong communication skills both within and beyond the company. The Brand Management Associate must be able to communicate professionally with clients and potential clients.
Qualifications:
This is an opportunity to work closely with seasoned industry professionals in a tight-knit, fast-paced start-up environment. The Brand Management Associate will be exposed to the inner workings of design, marketing, sales, and general business activities of a fashion label. He/She will be given critical brand-management responsibilities, and will be expected to have a creative, adaptable, eager, motivated attitude about working for a young fashion label. The Brand Management Associate will not have to report to an office on a daily basis (flexible hours), and will communicate with the Director of Business Development as well as conduct most of their work remotely, with weekly or bi-weekly meetings.We wish to hire the Brand Management Associate as soon as possible. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. The opportunity for full-time employment will be considered after three months.
